What does CC mean?

Crowd control (CC) is any form of stun, slow, or other effect which is used to control the battlefield and hinder opponents.

Chaining CC means to use CC abilities one after the other such that the opponent(s) cannot move for a longer duration, compared to using them at the same time.

Example: Their team is so CC heavy, buy tenacity.
